About & Booking

Born 1982 in Western Australia, I soon started to travel around the world. Precisely when I was one year of age and my parents moved back to their homeland of Switzerland. Growing up, I documented my further journeys with my camera and I began to discover the fascination of the momentum of a photograph and the variety of effects on its beholder. While working in development aid (e.g. in Latin America), information technology and achieving a master degree in social anthropology & politics, I visited over 30 countries on every continent. Captivated by the uniqueness of the people and their environments I try to let my pictures tell the stories… Meanwhile I’m always looking forward to catch another magic moment of daily life and beyond…

As a photographer I’m based near Berne, Switzerland and I’m working all around the country (Zurich, Basel, Geneva) as well as abroad (US, Latin America, Middle East, Europe).

I’m specialized in:

✪ PHOTO REPORTAGE of projects (for reports, advertisement, brochures, documentation, especially for foundations and NGOs in Switzerland and abroad)

✪ PORTRAITS (for business and private, artists, illustrating interviews)

✪ EDITORIAL photography (pictures telling stories about people and their environment) for print and on-line magazines as well as advertisement.

✪ LANDSCAPE photography & Fine Art Prints

✪ VIDEO (project reports and interviews; including editing and post-production for web and tv)
